Haha I feel your pain, however I don't think its the space bar, think its a setting where the keyboard is trying to work out if you have finished a sentence or not.

Done it myself, don't install the wallpapers/theme hack though, it needs adb to work properly.

Confident to say the battery on my Pixel XL 2 has got a lot worse since Android 10.

I have also had to re disable assistant on it, 10 seemed to turn it back on, I use assistant in the house with 2x home mini and 1x home hub. Every time I said Hey Google my phone was lighting up etc.

Now annoyingly every time I unlock it there's a pop up asking me to enable assistant.

Battery life remains excellent on my 2xl when in signal, at our caravan there's no mobile signal and I lose 30+% SoT, but I need to keep it switched on or I lose wifi calling.

Same Google account on both and App is up to date.

For now I've enabled it again and disabled the ability for it to respond when screen is locked, that seems to have stopped it.

Burst mode was annoying for me, One night phone was in car holder, it took 2000+ shots because one of the buttons was pressed by accident haha.

When my 4 XL turned up did quite a few comparisons to my 2 XL they were almost identical in size, screen quality could be seen straight away looking at the icons on the screen etc.

I did OTA on my Pixel XL 2 and it was fine but yeh if you notice a slow down first thing to do is a full wipe.

Stick with what you know? Its hard to go to another manufacturer once you've had a Pixel device.
