Ok, just called them and I've gone from £46 down to £32, 12 month contract.
200mb plus phone to 100mb plus phone.

I could do the cancellation dance but it might be pushing things too far.

My bro in law is paying £45 for the same package but I’m not going to tell him what I got it for.
He took the offer that the first caller gave him.
I found last year they offer you better after you say no thanks I still want to cancel.

If they try and increase I’ll just call up to try and cancel again and hope they keep it at £26.

Has anyone who actually cancelled their account had any confirmation? I cancelled 2 weeks ago now, I know my last day, but I’ve not had any email or anything from Virgin to confirm I cancelled.

I had a confirmation email within 48 hours of my telling them to cancel
