Its a Nissan Elgrand. By coincidence I was looking at them yesterday as we don't get a great deal of choice when it comes to people carriers in NZ.
Is it? I had it as a Toyota Alphard.
The ElGrand has a bit of a cult following, especially in "350z engine versions", hell of a sleeper.

Cool - worth bearing in mind when our MPV finally dies. Thought it was a goner earlier this week but sadly not.

Apologies for minor hijack of premium phone thread on a car enthusiast website because of an obscure(?) Jap import people carrier smile

I'm on a P20 Pro now which is out of contract and am looking to change. Natural change would be the P30 Pro however I am just not sure about all the Google stories. Will Google continue to support this phone for the next two years if I take out another contract? If not would I be daft to look at the new Iphone SE and save some cash for pretty much the same data/minutes etc????

You'll be fine with the p30 as they are already approved for Google services. It's just the newer devices that don't get it

Hold your horses for a couple of days if you can, rumours abound of a P30 Pro New Edition, which by keeping the model ID with upgraded internals will apparently keep Google access

Have any other owners had fluctuating volumes issues? Did you find a solution? It's driving me crackers.

I've just returned my P40PRO as nothing worked, I knew about Google issues but didn't realize that Amex pay or Lloyds Banking apps didn't work, great fone ruined. All the work arounds online didn't work,so couldn't even pirate Google I'm too thinking of the new p30pro new edition, only the lite version is on Vodafone at the moment though.

That aside, what were your impressions of the phone?

Looking at that picture, it has the same amount of RAM (8GB) but twice as much storage ( 256GB instead of 128GB)
