Request your PAC from 3, get a payg sim from another network, transfer your PAC to the payg, make a call / send a text from the payg SIM then request your PAC.It wont let me keep my current number. I didn't realise before I switched that you can only use a PAC code when you change network which is why I had issues. When I rang them up to argue my case they were very reasonable though - I've always thought their customer service is great
Also I've been a big fan of "stock" Android since I switched from Apple but as much as I hate to admit it I actually think Huawei's version of Android (EMUI) is actually better than stock...

You'll get a more meaningful response if you state where you are and the areas you most commonly spend time in.I'm taking this to the extreme but e.g someone saying 3 is brilliant when they're in Lerwick and you're in London, isn't gonna be much use.
