That's me. Although I use a flip case with my credit cards inside. Apparently that's what people "my age" (50) do....
I'm 50. I use a 'front-pocket-wallet' and no phone case.

And then I see the final product. They've put an extra screen on the outside..... :-(((

Gah.
Do you mean a touchscreen? The RAZR V3 had a screen on the outside.

If this goes better for Moto than the Fold has gone for Samsung (so far) it will be interesting to see what Moto and other makers do with an original design clamshell phone. As it is, this (and the retro Nokia phones) are the phone equivalent of a restomodded car, classic looks on the outside with modern gear underneath.

Not sure you can claim to have never damaged a phone, then in the very next sentence mention a phone you had that broke, unless someone else broke it.
Even now, I don't believe I was responsible for the broken hinge. I take your point, but it broke 'in use', not through lack of screen protector or protective case.

Ive never used a screen protector and ive never broken a screen. I also only have a slim non rubbery case.

The new clam shell phone looks nice, but I dont think that I could ever call any phone sexy lol.

Razor v4 folded: h94 x w72 x t6.9
V3: h98 x w53 x t13.9

So it’s different proportions.

Thought it looked “fatter”

Christ that's not a nice looking phone at all. It's not sleek it's rather brick like.

In the early 2000's I had a Siemens SL65 and it was lovely phone the keyboard appeared when you pushed up the screen. It was a lovely thing.
