After a few years away fron iphones I've got an 11 Pro on the way. For my previous ones I've just bought the apple leather case which protects the sides and back. I'm happy to buy the same for this phone but I'm wondering if there are any alternatives that are as good or better that are worth considering?

I hate the cases that have a flap that covers the screen, I'm just looking for something to give it a little protection against the inevitable knocks and bangs. I've opted for the green version if it makes a difference.

I just bought the black leather Apple rear/side case and a Belkin anti-glare screen protector (comes with an insert to stick your phone in to make installing the protector really simple).

Both were added to the order for my phone, so don't know their exact pricing - but as it was from the Apple Store, I assume I haven't bagged a bargain.

I gave the Green apple leather one, bargain @ £49.99 wink
It does mark quite easily, but a nice thing

Also I have a clear Spigen case, good for everyday use. I wouldn’t recommend though as it says ‘Spigen Inc Irvine California / Made in a South Korea’ along the side. Pretty dumb on iphone 11 pro, which has minimal pointless wording !

Have just bought a Mous case, seems very good but very slippery. Would have liked it to have a grippier surround.

Have a look at these on Amazon. Bought one for my wife, very unobtrusive, fits well and not 'skiddy' to the touch or when put down.

Ok - not the most glamorous of cases - but as I see it its 2k sat in your hand/and a slippery bugger without one !!

I've always had Spigen cases for my phones.

I've got a Nodus on my iPhone XS, it's lovely. Its more on the fashion end than the utilitarian protective end of things but I hope it will provide enough protection.

I currently have an iPhone8 and have an Urban Armor Gear case for it, along with the glass screen cover it protects it nicely.
They do a case for the 11

£8 and it's got some decent reviews. Cheers andygo.

I got all enthusiastic after posting and have ordered one for my 11 Pro. Bit of a shame to put a case on, but the 11 Pro is a slippy little devil... smile

I pushed the boat out on one of these. Pricey but utterly perfectly made. (To order - so it takes a couple of weeks)

A week or so later and I've been into the apple shop and bought the leather case and a belkin ultra curve screen protector. The cheap screen protector had chip out of it from the most minor of impacts and I didn't like the feel of the case. Much happier with the new combo but they were considerably more expensive.

I’ve always bought the apple silicone cases but I’ve noticed mine and my wife’s and the kids iphone cases have been chipping and wearing away much easier than the last generation.
