Nvidia 3000 Series Tonight
Discussion
I bought a brand new RTX 2060 Super this time last year for £314.
There are two on Ebay with buy it now prices of £689 and the other £2000 ()
Auctions for other 3 in the UK are at £311, £391 and £450. With the £391 less than a day off finishing, so probably £400 is the going price for used.

I bought an ASUS RX580 OC 8GB for £169 in December... currently on eBay at £310.
I have already sold my 2014 vintage R9 280X for £67... though I just accepted what I thought was a reasonable offer and didn't let the auction run which perhaps was a mistake.
Goes some way to clawing back the £750 I spent on my MSI 3070 Gaming X Trio.

It's so frustrating. I want to build a new machine as my old i7 2600k with a 1060 is getting very long in the tooth now.
At this rate I might as well wait for the 4000 series!!
Give it 6 months and stuff will he going the other way.At this rate I might as well wait for the 4000 series!!
Supply vs demand sprinkled with a minority of buyers with more money than sense.
Just like GameStop and Bitcoin, if it’s recently gone up hard, it’ll be coming down hard again.

I really don't see this semiconductor supply shortage getting resolved that quickly. It's going to take at least a year, maybe longer I think. Supply vs demand sprinkled with a minority of buyers with more money than sense.

That's a huge factory making flash memory for SSDs amongst others.

TSMC are setting up a new Fab in Arizona too I believe, but it won't be online until 2024. Intel still haven't got a 7nm process... Yeah it's going to be a while. Are semiconductors the new oil? That's a huge factory making flash memory for SSDs amongst others.
