I think the Fuse is 250V 3A Time Delay
This may help with the Varistor

The varistor is an Epcos.

Thanks Mike will order that. What do you think about the fuse? 250v 1A?Similar to this on Farnell

I'll ask a few guys at work who have more experience....
One thing that bothered me when I first saw the thread (I was on my phone, and I didn't want to write a long reply on it, and promptly forgot!) is do you know why the two components have failed?
The circuit looks like it's part of a switched mode power supply, and it can be quite dangerous to try to repair them - and I would be concerned that it'll immediately fail again after the repair.
Unless, of course, you know why it failed and therefore know that it won't happen again
There's some hefty capacitors (350V) near the bottom of the image, and this would suggest a 250V input supply (assuming a modicum of overprovisioning for the voltage).
In terms of the fuse, I'd be tempted by Littefuse, but without knowing the dimensions, I can't say what part number. Certainly, as has been indicated above, 1AT would suggest 1A, time-delay fuse, so maybe 465 series - although that might be too long. Siba 160000 series might be a better match.
