BT Full Fibre - 150Mb vs. 300Mb vs. 900Mb

I've got mine booked and asked the BT sales guy which would be best for me. He said that unless I was NASA then the 150 is way good enough.

Plus, if I do set up a space exploration function, I can just call up and they'll turn the dial to the right for a bit more money.

I've had BT 300 FTTP for about 13 months and it was great and then upgrades to 900. Can't say I notice much difference in my office (which is wired to the router) but as it was the same price it was a no brainer. I've occasionally seen 1.01GB measured on fast.com

The main thing i like is that its absolutely been rock solid.

I went for the BT 900mb package. The only reason for getting it was because a could :smugface: 👍

And yes, you would be lucky to get anywhere near that bandwidth on Wi-Fi - hence I bought a separate 80211.ax (Wi-Fi 6) access point to achieve higher throughput on wireless.

The first house I bought I got 15mb and then FTTC came we got 40mb. This house FTTC 10mb as cabinet was miles away, cabinet upgraded closer (75mb). I'd be getting 900mb just because it was available
