PCPartpicker has picked up some pricing for non-FE cards from Ebuyer.

4070 Super - Zotac Trinity Black Edition - £831.99
4070 Ti Super - Zotac GAMING AMP Holo - £1115.98
4080 Super - Zotac GAMING Trinity OC - £1551.98

Mental if they turn out to be correct.

Thanks for posting - was looking for some reviews of the 4070 Super vs my 3070 FE.

Looks like ~50% boost on average and Steve suggests not to bother upgrading from a 3070 unless feeling limitations. My monitor is 1440p so it's fine for normal games but I do feel it suffers in VR a bit, if anyone's got a good website for gear reviews aimed at VR users please let me know.

£789 seems the most expensive for the Asus Strix card at Ebuyer - https://www.ebuyer.com/2189210-asus-geforce-rtx-40...

It is not £200 better than the MSRP cards, it isn't worth it.

Given for an extra 200 you can have a 4080 super.

Hi guys, I have a load of 1080TI's and RX580's (from years ago when I was mining). Is ebay the best place to sell them or is there a better place? Are they even worth anything given the hard life they had?

4070 Super FE back in stock on nvidia.com. Be careful, my mouse hand just slipped and I accidentally bought one...

4070 Super FE received and installed - and nothing, no display. Switching to the motherboard HDMI output gets me into Windows but the new GPU is not detected in Device Manager.

I have a third-party 12-pin power supply cable which I was using on the 3070 - have the pinouts for the FE power connectors changed for the 40x0 series? Something else maybe at play here?

Use the supplied power adaptor in to 2x 8pin PCI cables.

Use Display Driver Uninstaller https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uni... and clean out your old driver.

Reset CMOS on the motherboard.

Try again.

I have reached my limit of fault finding.

Thanks - it was the third party 12VHPWR cable that was the problem - the other end has 2x 6-pin power connectors, looks like the OE cable needs 2x 8-pin connections.

RTX4080 Super about 2-3% faster than the RTX4080, but £250 cheaper.

The 4070 Super is the pick of the 'new' cards IMO. Good price/performance and low power consumption, as well as being somewhat affordable.

FE editions are definitely worth going for (I have a 4070 FE and before that a 3070FE). Really good construction quality and generally the most compact of the ones available.

3070. It's essentially doubled frame rate. Installed it over lunch.

Quick go on cyber punk and world of tanks. 300fps on wot on an ultra wide.

Overkill but sooo smooth.

2077 with RT is nice to have.
