4070 Super FE back in stock on nvidia.com. Be careful, my mouse hand just slipped and I accidentally bought one...
The 4070 Super is the pick of the 'new' cards IMO. Good price/performance and low power consumption, as well as being somewhat affordable.

FE editions are definitely worth going for (I have a 4070 FE and before that a 3070FE). Really good construction quality and generally the most compact of the ones available.
It seems to be the most well-received of the three based on the reviews. For me budget meant this was the realistic option - I could maybe have got the 4070 Ti Super at a stretch but happily it sounds like the 4070 Super is the best bang for buck. I like the FE card too, preferred the look of the 3070 FE but that's not a deal breaker.

Going to fire up Cyberpunk and maybe revisit Control over the weekend and see what the card can do.

3070. It's essentially doubled frame rate. Installed it over lunch.

Quick go on cyber punk and world of tanks. 300fps on wot on an ultra wide.

Overkill but sooo smooth.

2077 with RT is nice to have.
Very nice! Enjoy.

So for some games I keep getting this error...

"Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource. Make sure your video card has the minimum required memory, try lowering the resolution and/or closing other applications that are running. Exiting..."

If I OK the message the game crashes. If I ignore it and alt-tab the game runs fine.

Anyone else had it and found a solution please? It's really annoying as I never once had it with old 3070 card so it's clearly not the existing system.

Drivers are up to date etc. and the system is s 13900 with 32gb or ram.

Apologies for cross posting from the gaming PC thread, but specifically looking at 40x0 graphics cards, what's the best bang for buck at the moment? From what I'm reading it appears to be the 4070 Super for 1440p gaming?
