MS Word problem

Does anybody know how I can split an A4 page into 4?

What I want is 2 columns of text with one hard black line between them, then a line across the middle of page halfway down. then 2 colums of text with one hard black line between them.

I can get the 2 columns. but I cant get a black line between them.

If this does not explan it. Image an A4 sheet fold it so that its in quarters. Open it up, where the creases are I want a black line. and be able to put text in the four quarters.

Table > Insert > Table

Select 2 Columns & 2 Rows & then select all and drag to fit your page.

then . .

Table > Table Properties
On the Table tab click Borders & Shading and select whatever options you want
