Coffee cup in Microsoft Outlook
Discussion
It means something (not necessarily outlook, more likely internet explorer or firefox) has loaded an instance of the Sun JAVA engine.
Not likely to be anything to worry about. Close down any applications you have open one at a time. The coffee cup should disappear at the same time as one of them - that's the one which loaded JAVA. Lots of websites use it so it's not that unusual.
