Not Jamie but...

No reason it wont work as far as I know, you just have to pay the licence to vBulletin and install away.

Ya, As The Man from Atlantis says,

<spiel>
The VDS Pro comes with Latest and greatest phpBB installed, but you're welcome to install any PHP Based app (we have Several VDS clients using vBulletin) however all I will say is, the only sites that ever come close to exceeding the 'fair use' CPU limits are large (50+ simultaneous online users) forums... I'm happy to say we've had 3 VDS clients recently enjoy such community success on their forums that they upgraded to Dedicated servers and watched their forums flourish even more (they took to Banner adds and in one instance subscription payments) to cover costs, and actually all ended up making a profit
</spiel>

Let me know if you have any queries tho.
