Urgent Help - Nvidia graphics driver

I have a GeoForce Go 7400 and tried to update the driver. I downloaded what I thought was the most recent driver from Nvidia's site and then uninstalled my old driver. However, the new driver I have downloaded seems to be the wrong one (I downloaded the 7 series driver) as my laptop says it's incompatible.
I can't find anything else that works with a Go 7400 - can somebody please advise me as I'm sick of looking at tiny screen!

Nvidia do not officially support the Go series of graphics cards. None of the drivers on the website will work with your card.
You will need to visit the OEM who made your laptop and download it from them.
You could risk going to erm... laptop2go.com which provide modified drivers. However, those drivers can be a wee bit dodgy (like disabling the thermal cut out on your card and introducing an overclock).
