Looking at tape libraries for when the existing one goes back in a few months time.

We basically need a minimum of 2 LTO3 drives, 24 slots, barcode reader, and a mailslot.

Any suggestions beyond the usual "big names" i.e. HP, Quantum, Dell etc.

So far I'm liking the look (on paper) of Overlands ARCvault range but I don't know much about them other than that they did/do OEM various kit for HP.

We have an overland NEO 2000 which is 29 slots +1mail slot. It's twin LTO and can be SCSI or fibre attached. It's probably been replaced by now but their support's always been good and it's been very reliable.

Thanks, that's good to know. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow and find out what I can about them.
