I'd like to get a 3G card and can't decide between a PCMCIA or a USB modem.

I had a PCMCIA before but can't help think the USB might be more flexible.

Any thoughts?

Blimey that's much better value than Vodafone assume you get standard 384k 3g rates on non-turbo upgraded areas?

i asked for a pcmia but got the usb.

Its rather good, you literally just plug it in and it works after pressing a "connect" button.

Easily transferable from machine to machine and it looks cool too.

Yeah I'd have thought so and normal GPRS rates where no UMTS exists.
