MuVo & N Force 2 boards

FYI if you buy a MuVo 128 MP3 player thingy and have a N-Force board you will need to update the firmware on another computer first.
There is a update but it needs to done on a computer that doesn't have a Nforce board.
It took a lot of swearing and shouting at my new shiny MuVo to work this out. After the update it works perfectly on any computer.
