Anti-Virus on a USB

I was watching the Gadget show the other day and they showed a USB device that ran anti-virus, it was a bit more than software, I think it might have had an on-board processor, it offloaded all anti-virus processing to the device (speeding up the PC in the process). Anyway I can't find it on the gadget show website or google, did anyone see it and know what it's called?
