You would be better getting one fabricated. Best I have seen is Imrran's work at MSL Performance a pure artist when it comes to bending and welding pipe.
If you are getting the car mapped at DMS do they not fabricate exhausts? Or could recommend a installer
Like previous comment keep away from CKS they have a horrendous reputation on the MBClub UK forum with some horror stories to match.

A recommendation here for InfinityExhausts in Bristol, they did my SLK 55 resonator removal and X pipe. The work was great quality and all in about £300. Word of warning though, don't go for an X pipe if you are also looking to put on upgraded exhaust headers. I did this and as te primary cats were removed the car became insanely loud ( but not in a good way)
I drove down from west london on the recommendation of as couple of PH'ers and was not disappointed

The X pipe was perfect. What is great is for normal round town driving it doesn't sound much different ..only when you put your foot down does it become apparent..also on a long journey at 70-80 their is no extra droning our noise intrusion
the problem I had was when I upgraded the exhaust headers which necessitated the primary cat removal as well.. This is when it got too loud
if you are just doing secondary and resonator delete this won't be a problem.
I would recommend it.. The best £300 I spent on the car and I guarantee you won't regret it. Just check out youtube to get an idea
good luck
