I got a W203 320cdi 7g

It's remapped and running meth injection

I'm about to install a hybrid turbo but I have concerns on how much torque the 7g can take.

I have read the factory recommend max torque but does any one have any info on what it can really hold? I'm aiming for 600ftlbs

Any help or advice is appreciated

600ft/lbs should be fine when you get near 660+ then you could start running into problems

Perfect, will leave a little headroom and still make my power goals.

Is there anyone in the uk that can reprogram the 7g with harder and quicker shifting?

I sent mine off to Weistec in the states for the gearbox ecu upgrade this makes the shifts faster & smoother.

Why do you want to make the shift harder hitting? On torquey diesels you'll want a smoother shift so as not to load the box.

I just wanted it to feel a little bit sportier

But just found out I can't go as big as I wanted on the hybrid any way, so I will probaly end up at 550ftlbs ish

Just to update this, I am now getting a really decent size hybrid and will be pushing the limits on injectors and gearbox

Might do a separate thread on this, hoping to push 350-400bhp and alot of torque and to keep up with a same year petrol amg C55
