C63 Owners - Does your wife/girlfriend enjoy driving it?
Discussion
Thinking of buying a C63 V8 estate which would be family car and my wife would drive regularly.
Thing is she isn't a petrolhead and I'm just a little concerned she won't like the car much as a daily driver. So wondered if any owners can comment as to how their wives enjoy driving theirs/any issues?

Why would she not? She doesn't have to floor it everywhere. Perfectly acceptable daily driver, for any driver, as long the fuel bills are of no concern.
My wife would find a car like that too big. She prefers smaller cars that are easier to reverse into parking spaces.I have a c63 estate. My wife drove it more than me. Now she has stollen my lease golf gti and prefers that. She did however like the automatic gearbox and electrically closing boot. She isn't a girl racer but appreciates certain cars.
There was a c63 rolling road day article on here a few years ago. Some of the owners were saying their partners wouldn't drive the car. My wife said exactly that until she drove it, then I couldn't get the keys off her.

Historically speaking my other half never wants to drive my cars, usually because of size. Then she does and she loves them to bits. I had a 645i for a while which she eventually drove and loved, about a fortnight before I sold it.
How tall is the GF? My step mother is very short and does have issues with some cars because of visibility.

My wife drives my 204 C63 quite regularly (especially as we've just had a baby and she spent the last nine months as my deso-driver). Believe it or not, in comfort mode it is a very relaxed drive, acceleration is dulled down and the gears shift up at 1500 revs if you're gentle, so there isn't that much noise either. I did make her drive it in S+ once but we were kangarooing around like anything, so it wasn't repeated Thing is she isn't a petrolhead and I'm just a little concerned she won't like the car much as a daily driver. Obviously you'll find this out for yourself on a test drive, but it really is quite civilised when driven gently - you do have to provoke it to make it the lairy beast it longs to be
It is a fantastic car to own so I'd really encourage you to go find out. Have no idea what I'd ever replace it with when I need something bigger
Happy to answer more specific questions if you have any OP
