Hi

Just went to my local dealer to get the Mercedes Me on my used car switched over to my account. What I did not do was make sure the previous owners access is disabled. Can anyone tell me if a vehicle can only be assigned to one account or do I need to go back to make sure it is disabled.

AFAIK, it's one at a time. So you've done the correct thing by ensuring it's enabled for you.

TBH, its a terrible app. I have a W205 C200, and apparently i have to log into the web portal to do anything.
