Has anyone thought of any way to improve the ride comfort on the w205 C63? I see Bilstein sell a B4 Adaptive damper, I wonder if that performs any better?

I heard the facelift has had the suspension recalibrated and as such is more comfortable, wonder if there could be a software update / coding to do the same on the pre facelift?

I'll add my two cents as I've recently purchased one.

I did much research and touch wood it seems the only things that can go wrong is coilpacks. One does two cylinders and around £250.00. Lots in the US have 200k+ on.

I've read of electronic diff issues but with mine being a 2015 it has the mechanical diff so that didn't worry me.

Discussing fuel consumption is very un-amg but this is something that surprised me the most. I average 25mpg mixed and can get in the 30's on a run which is incredible really. It's not much different to a friends M235i. I was expecting to struggle to get 20 so this really was a pleasant surprise.

I do find the suspension very stiff. Even in comfort and I'm on the 18's with a 40 profile. I hate to think what 19's are like and they seem to crack larger wheels for fun.

They are a very fun all rounder with a peach of an engine and certainly good at being jekyll and hyde.

If your heart is set on a C63, the main reason not to buy a W205 would be the W204 equivalent E63.
IIRC the C class is always 'on' and has less torque than the E class. C class is fast and nippy, E class is brutal and classy. Both great cars though.
