190 Oil in coolant?

Any ideas? I have oil floating in header tank but no water in sump.Its auto, had oil cooler in rad pressure tested and no fault found.Are head gaskets prone to doing this?

Thank you both for your help.Do theses cars suffer from cracks in heads or block? leaking core plugs between oil and water or do they have a water aided oil cooler?
