A-CLASS ipod connection?

Just ordered an A class for the mrs. I was just wondering if there's an ipod connection available
for the COMAND system and how does that interact?

There is a 3.5mm jack in the glovebox and you can use the AUX function on COMAND although you will still have to use the IPOD controls and it obviously does not charge it.

There is a full IPOD connection kit available as a dealer fit that then uses the steering wheel controls etc and charges it.
