Independent Mercedes Specialist - Surrey / West Sussex

Can anyone recommend a non-franchised Mercedes specialist in the Surrey / West Sussex area (reasonably close to Petworth) to service an SLK, please?

I think John Haynes specialise more in older Mercs (they service Clarkson's Pullman), not sure they have all the necessary diagnostics etc for newer Mercs, or as much experience.

Caution with John Haynes.

They diagnosed a rough/rich-running issue with my 190E 2.3-16 (which they supposedly maintain many of) as burnt valve seats and incorrect shims - needing a full on strip and rebuild.

What it actually turned out to be was a £21 fuel pump relay... which also turned out to be a very common and well known problem.
