New chrome is quite reasonable from the dealer.
Try these German suppliers: http://www.sls-hh-catalogue.de/start/index.phtml?l... and http://www.dbdepot.de/index.php?lan=2
Otherwise try Chris at Mercman, he is very good.

Chris at Mercman is indeed very, very good. I've been to his site in Southampton and he has encyclopoedic knowledge of the parts he has in. I have bought chrome from him before when I had a 450SEL and was very happy. Otherwise, try Jacksons of Poole. They are an official Merc dealer but also deal in classic Merc parts made by the factory. Believe it or not, the factory may still have some parts for your car. I think the guy that does the classic parts is called Mervyn.Try these German suppliers: http://www.sls-hh-catalogue.de/start/index.phtml?l... and http://www.dbdepot.de/index.php?lan=2
