C55 UK sales

Just curious, does anyone know how many C55's have been sold in the UK since its launch in 2004? Any idea how i would get that info? Also anyone know its top speed de-restricted?

Hi,
Current EVO (edition 133) has a new section "Just Looking" where they look at a model for sale. Article states only 55 C55 Estate models were sold in the UK.I have a saloon. They must be pretty rare too as it's the only one on the books at the local Main Dealer service dept.

That really isn't many I was expecting a somewhat higher figure.

I don't suppose anyone has the details of C32s sold in the UK?

Sales figures as follows,
2004-07 W203 C55 AMG, 5.5 V8 Engine, 367hp, 52kgm, 0-100km/h 5.2 sec;
total 4,600 units sold (Worldwide)
UK there were 1750 units sold (2005=1299 units, 2006=451 units)
De-restricted, should do approx. 180-185mph.

you are correct on speed but are you sure on UK C55 sales numbers?

My personal choice would be a C32 mainly due to the price range and the supercharger.
