Lifted on to a tow truck with Middle Eastern plates seen in Cadogan Square, central London. Criminal! ( The tow truck- not the car ) which although a trifle vulgar, looked very impressive! Always a very impressive area for cars in August when the Arabs are in town. I saw two different Bugatti Veyrons last week on the same day!
