+1
There are some lovely period BBS that would look much nicer and were fitted to performance mercs. Car looks great though, big fan of these (and the Evo 2's)

IMO, the 190 and (possibly) the R129 are the only model of Mercedes which can "get away" with that style of wheel.

Not the prettiest style Brabus have ever offered, but certainly period.

It should be noted that the extact 190 shown on the Brabus website isn't actually for sale, but a Restoration example smile

The 190 featured above looks absolutely stunning (I'm not a huge fan of bright red Mercs!).

I think the wheels are like marmite. I have had the car for 10 years and because it so rare I have kept it original apart from a stainless exhaust

i think those wheels are 100% spot on for the car.

i could be persuaded to change them for something slithly more motorsporty but as l100nyy says they're 'right' for it.

i hae decided i really like these cars. very 'old skool' without being ste!

Wow , properly special car that MBZ 6, and the number plate same as your username, just class.
Looks low mileage and well looked after aswell- as such a special car should be.

The plate came first I had it on a 1987 560SEC before the Brabus

The car will be on the Mercedes owners stand on Sunday at the Silverstone classic I can only go for the one day this year

I'm sure there are a couple of PHers with Brabus 190E's
Really? so it isent a one off restoration then?
No.

They even made them in RHD if your pockets were deep enough.
There was only one RHD 190 Brabus ever built. I have had it in my workshop and getting parts for it was a tad trying. Beautiful drive though.
