ABS warning light

Just spent 80 minutes driving 16 mile into work due to all the snow etc. Pulled into the works car park and applied the brakes ABS kicked in but the warining light has stayed on. I have cut the ignition and re-started but the ABS light has stayed on.

Water etc on the sensors or fault? Any idea's

I've had this before.
If the roads clear up, give the brakes a good stamp and see if it clears. It normally does on mine. Also, worth just checking the fuse, but I would try the brake test first.
