Thema Ferrari 8.32
Discussion
IIRC Justayellowbadge has or has had one. The Thema has a common platform with the Saab 9000 and Alfa 164. The Alfa certainly doesn't have a big rust problem (other than the rear cross member) so I wouldn't have thought the Lancia would be any different. It is certainly past the Polish steel period of italian car manufacture.
I've not owned one but would worry about the availability/price of specialist parts; however a wonderful, if curious, car. You do feel the weight over the front wheels when driivng but it makes a glorious sound.
Just so much character; have you tried a search engine to get data info on them?

I had someone enquire about Thema rear subframes fairly recently as his was corroded. An area to check out, I think.
There's a general Thema thing here: www.carsfromitaly.com/lancia/index.html It has some tech specs, and buyers guide type info. Plus several links. Might be worth a visit?
Glenno -
I'm a little biased, I concede, but they're bloody brilliant!
I've not had anything too serious go on mine, and inspected the underside recently and it's like a new car.
Some parts are tricky to get hold of - the phrase 'Cambelt tensioners' still has me waking screaming in the small hours, but everything can be got. The owners club and the Thema Dedra Consortium can help out a lot, and if you find a good specialist looking after it isn't that much of a pain.
And you forgive the damn thing anything each time it hits 4500 rpm.....
Where are you based? - you're welcome to have a look around the car - I'm in SW London.
