Just sat watching the prices get closer to 20k for the Abarth version that I want, they seem to be all over the place price wise.

Just replaced my wifes this

with this today

must admit I loved the test drive in it, looking forward to picking it up on Wednesday, I suspect I may be saying "shall we just take yours then" a bit more than I have done before

Looked at one on Saturday at my local dealers. It was the auto and quite nice. Would have liked to try the manual version but they didnt have one. Is the box in the manual the same as the fiat spider or is it a different box, any ideas?

Actually, sorry I meant was the manual box in the Abarth 124 Spider the same as the regular Fiat 124 Spider?

Red Lusso with black leather? Same as mine. You'll love it. I'm nearly 30,000 miles on mine now and really can't find fault with it.

briang, not sure if you fancy 'tweeking' the infotainment system a bit, but there are a couple of really simple mods to improve the central display.
I've only done a couple of the most popular 'tweeks' - removed the 'speed restricted touchscreen feature' - so you can use the touchscreen at any speed, not just when stationary - and installed the really useful speedometer app - https://goo.gl/U4HGGU
Pretty easy to do with a usb stick. See this link for info (it gets very involved, very quickly on this link, but you could just search for the speedo app and speed restriction section and go to the installation instructions). https://goo.gl/rGSjks
Both work a treat. If you fancy getting more involved, then there are other things that you can modify, too.
Definitely worth trying.

Speedo app looks useful. The 124 always feels like it's going way faster than it actually is so if this was in front of her my "Passenger Seat Mounted Rev Limiter" probably wouldn't squeak so often.

thanks for that, think I would certainly like to enable touch screen when moving, not sure about the speedo one though, not sure I need her to see how quickly I am driving her car smile
