Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio - Anyone Ordering One

They're not taking any deposits until after Feb so stuffed even if I wanted to order one now, but I don't.
As long as they have the same 3% APR I will be happy.
Well thats a load of rubbish, I could have put my deposit down yesterday for a March delivery had I not wanted to explore my options first. As long as they have the same 3% APR I will be happy.
APR obviously deposit linked, but with £10k down its was slightly more than 3%.

It looks like things might get expensive if you simply must have one but hadn´t ordered...

Not nuts, but definitely a tad cheeky
[quote=wal 45]Normally any Alfa looks fantastic in Competizione Red but the Giulia at the Goodwood Breakfast Club last week just didn't do it for me. Think this is the spec you're looking at and pretty sure this car was a manual as well. Apologies for photo quality.
I think this look stunning and would be my choice of colour.

It is a much more vibrant, pearlescent colour "in the flesh"
I had to (sadly) check the Giulia colour chart when I got home as wasn't convinced it was competizione red, it really didn't shine the way the 8C, 4C, 159, Brera and Giulietta do in that colour. That said the light wasn't brilliant and I'd like to be in position to have the quandary of colour choice!Still not convinced of the styling but I bet it will be a great drive.
Interested to know if anybody has managed to secure a an attractive PCP deal on the Quadrifoglio?
I am currently in an f80 M3 Competition Pack, and looking to make the transition into the QV. As it stands, the residual values that Alfa are offering are making for unpleasant reading when it comes to the overall financing numbers.

I really want to order one, my heart is saying do it, but my head looks at the residuals after a few years. I can't even make man maths work on this one.

FYI Glyn Hopkin in St Albans have a Competizione Red QF in their showroom. Really liked the look of it but the interior quality was a bit disappointing... I currently have an E90 M3 (4 door) but am tempted to book in for a test drive.
I took it out on Sunday... Quality inside is actually very good, well refined, on par with German brands, however only spent 30 minutes in it. It makes an amazing noise (race mode) and hands down the quickest thing I have been in and driven. The exterior is very subjective, either you like it or you don't..For me the 19 inch teledials set it off nicely..Positives
- Awesome engine and exhaust noise
- Very fast, like stupid fast without even trying
- Will not be a common sight on the roads
- The ride is amazing, damping on suspension is first rate!
Negatives
- 9,000 miles service intervals, used to longer intervals
- They will not budge on price, they want to charge list
- The number of trained technicians for the QF in any one dealer
- 3 month lead time quoted, but you know it will be allot longer than that
Once you are in it, it does feel quite special, also a little intimating, as the back does want to kick out, when you plant your foot and release the 500 ponies in any gear! M5 drivers will be right at home!
Take it for a test drive, I am still thinking about it.

APR is not dependent on deposit. From today's chat at the dealer:
PCP over 2 years will get you a 0.2% APR
PCP over 3 will get you a 2.2% APR
PCP over is 3.1%
It comes down the residual value and not the deposit. There is almost no dealer contribution if you go PCP but if you own a Fiat group car you can claim £1k in a loyalty scheme. I based my deal on £61750 list, £10k down, 8k annual miles over 4 years. Worked out at £739.78 pcm. Not bad when you consider the competition.

Been offered a very good trade in deal on my 4C, £1000 loyalty contribution and 0.8, 2.4 and 3.5% over 2, 3 and 4 years respectively.
Spec - competizione red, yellow calipers, teledial wheels, green and white stitching on black, carbon seats and carbon steering wheel.
Have driven it a couple of times now and it's a fantastic machine. Quick, beautiful with lovely details. It's so nice to see a stylish interior without a stuck on screen you see in BMW, Mercedes and Audi. Has that rare ability to make you feel special from the moment you move away.
I think I am going to give myself an early Christmas present....
