147 - Sat Nav Screen Problems

I have a 2002 147 with sat nav plus. The problem is that every journey the screen keeps resetting its self, turning on and off - also the other issue is the positing on the map, it has difficulty in marking where I am on the road - and thinks that I'm taking a short cut across a field!!!!!!

I think its when I hit a bump in the road and it might just be a loose connection but just wondering if anyone else is getting this problem - or had anything like this going on.

Also I have about 2/3 months before the warranty ends - do you think it will be covered?
