Marginally yes, I have a VIN and limited edition number. I haven't seen or signed any finance documents yet.

Unity took deposits and sent out Order Confirmations back in March and the cars were meant to be factory orders with 6month wait.

Apparently I'll be the keeper of No. 29.
Deposit paid, order confirmation signed, credit checked and have had verbal confirmation from Paul that all is OK and that the car will hopefully be delivered to them this weekend.

He did say that he WILL NOT be calling me up tomorrow to regretfully return my deposit unlike Unity

I won't be picking mine up until 1st/2nd July

Paul mentioned that they need to registered and collected by the end of the month (or shortly after) .......I guess there is an incentive target to get them off the books in Qtr 2

Finance approved, Hire Agreement received. It's a factory order for me - so expected delivery of late this year or early next year (a long wait but perfect timing with regards to the end of my current lease).

I was quoted £323.78 on a 15+23 and 6k pa for a rosso anniversary spider on Friday, completed and emailed the paperwork that afternoon.

Rang up on Saturday to give my card details for the £500 deposit. Called today to be told there were issues sourcing one and then got a call back later to say all the anniversary cars have gone and the discounts on similar and lower spec spiders is nowhere near as good.

Waiting on some quotes tomorrow to see what my options are. Gutted as I really wanted the anniversary car, a lot of spec for the money.

They now come with ppf on the bonnet, front bumper, front wings, lower front door and the painted bit of the cills, won't cost much to add a bigger bit on the painted cill ( Alfa one is cut a shy at the edges ) and a bit to the carbon cill as its rectangular pieces, having mine done & I think definately worth doing

It's now included on all variants of 4C? I saw it on the options list for around £1,200.

Placed my order on Saturday and had verbal confirmation that all went through okay this afternoon and that Peter will be in touch with a delivery date in the next few weeks - just waiting for the email confirmation now.

In true leasing spirit I went for black with fairly limited options (couldn't resist the yellow brake callipers though). Spent the extra on upping the mileage! Will powder coat the standard wheels and get them returned to normal before return I reckon.

Is that for a factory order car? I've ordered a spider 50th from Variava a few weeks ago, that deal is starting to look expensive compared to figures now being quoted on here. I was one of the originally placed Unity orders also.

Facebook suggests the Variava cars arrived last week yet I've heard nothing from them!

Has the THWhite web link changed now? The car listed at £371 sounds similar spec to the anniversary and works out similar to what I would have paid for 5k (except I upped it to 12k which wasn't cheap!). Is that deal still on offer? I can't see any mention of 50th cars at the prices suggested - seems crazy cheap!

Not sure about THWhite, I've been dealing with Thames who have been good. Just a shame that the anniversary cars are all gone as it was a lot of car for the money.

To be honest I think I slightly prefer the look of the coupe but Variava told me the won't be any standard spec coupes comming to UK any time soon, and other dealers told me similar- it sounds like they are changing the design of the tub and won't be building any more for a while.

How soon are Thames cars available?

How soon are Thames cars available?

From what I was told they had stopped orders for a while and only started taking new orders in the past week or so. Not heard anything about a change in design for the tub. I think they make 12 tubs a day so that will explain the lead times. The car I was hoping to get was in stock in Italy and would have been here within two weeks.

I'm not in a rush to get one as I need to sell my Evo but it's annoying to miss out on a bargain (when compared against the prices of a stock spider).

Yes you did real well there!! I ordered mine a few weeks ago and was told no white cars left! I've gone for red but overall it's costing more than £2k more than your deal!! Still not convinced it will happen until I've got the keys!

Are you all using daily? I will be putting miles on mine, sounds like I may need to think about the a quicksilver exhaust!
