Picking mine up from Palmers in Hemel H. tomorrow morning. Red, tan interior, dark 5 hole alloys, Black calipers. Trying to contain myself...deal I got was 2.9%, PCP 4 years at £311 including the extras, with £4500 deposit, plus 159 SW trade in 10 plate 114k miles.
Mmmmm ... Tan leather. Should be a really nice combo. I went for for red leather, but mines stromboli grey.Had mine for 3 weeks now and absolutely love it! Montecarlo blue and tan leather combination looks great - a few times I've had people stop and say "sorry we were just admiring your car" as I get out after parking, which I find amazing for a saloon. As others have said the beep on lock/unlock is an annoyance at first, but you get used to it. First time I've experienced wheel-skip in a car at low speed as well but I'm assured from the dealer this is normal and due to them setting the tyres flat to the ground (it still sounds anything but normal).
Coming from a BMW 335d, I'm really happy with the switch. Although not as quick on paper I don't notice any difference. So far I'm getting about 32 mpg. Base specification is well kitted also, compared to BMW at least.
Beechdale were very easy to deal with - I found their lease offer just after Christmas of 9+23, 10k miles, £299.

Was yours the one with the 19" diamond cut alloys? I was in Beechdale the first weekend of March when there were a few due for collection and remember seeing one in Montecarlo blue. I ended up taking the grey car from the showroom. It was pretty much the spec I wanted and I was impatient after taking their demo veloce out!Coming from a BMW 335d, I'm really happy with the switch. Some feelings on mine after the first month;
Miles covered; 450
Average MPG; 25. (Mostly short journeys across the city, with a couple of ~80mile motorway trips.)
I still love how it looks, last night an acquaintance from the gym commented how good it looks, always nice to hear. I like the interior, great seats. I think it handles well and is quick enough. Plenty power for effortless overtakes. The clutch is quick, no waiting for gear changes, the paddles are intuitive, no real learning of when to change to time it all right like some flappy paddle boxes. The difference between the ‘DNA’ modes is great, my default position is definitely dynamic but the missus sticks it in natural and pootles along fine. It’s comfortabe with little road noise. The infotainment/nav system is good and easy to use. Parking sensors are good. Radio stays on until you open the door, even after parking up, engine off - good if I’m listening to a podcast and they’re in deep on something I want to sit in the car for a minute and listen to. Heated steering wheel is nice. Brakes are good.
I’m still annoyed with the ‘chirps’ from the central locking. Tyre skip is apparent but not something that’s bothered me at all. The boot is small, narrow and shallow and the entry angles poor although I did have a bundle of 2m cable trunking in there the other day with no problems, through the centre hatch. The noise is uneventful to say the least however I do think it’s loosening up a bit as I’ve noticed it burbling quietly on overrun a couple of times recently. MPG is worse than I thought although 75% of my journeys are across town, stop start etc. It was useless in the snow the other week, worse than any car I’ve owned before.
All in all, I’m enjoying it very much. Ticks the slightly interesting daily driver box perfectly for me and my lifestyle.

Can you option the 19 inch 5 telephone dial wheels in UK. Can’t see them on configurator.
Nope, not in the UK unfortunately. You can throughout Europe strangely... People tend to source them themselves at the moment, hopefully Alfa will wake up and start offering them over here.I've spec'd up one over the weekend, and saw my local dealer on Easter Monday.
Spec as follows:
Blue (was thinking Misano but now thinking Montecarlo)
Tan Leather
Sunroof £1250
Apple Car Play (unsure as I'll mostly play things via USB, but maybe worth having for other bits?) £300
5 hole alloys (couldn't resist them, even though they are dark coloured) £595
Driver Assistance Plus pack (reversing camera, blind spot detection) £950
Lighting Pack (are upgraded 35W Vs 25W Xenons worth it?) £900
Total List is £42,950, so that pushes me into £310 extra car tax per year :-(
am using carwow to get best offers, and will likely sell my current car via tootle if trade in is no good.
catch is all the PCP deals ended 31st March, and new deals are coming out today I hope, so will have to see what I end up paying.
Any thoughts on the above spec - what should I remove or should add ?

Love the colour combo. I would if you can, get one as close to your spec as possible that is already in the dealer accessible stock, that way you should save ££££. I just got mine on a great PCP deal and under 40k no sunroof and a few other boys you list but overall well worth keeping in low tax bracket I feel

Agree with this, it depends how set you are on your exact spec. I normally get my cars like this (Compromise on a couple of options usually) but save a ton of money on the deal. Iain

Great shout, I’ve been looking at third party ones on amazon and eBay for $200. I think an OEM is $900+, but I agree it will look great.
I purchased one from eBay VR-London, great fit, great finish for under £200. Didn’t trust the sticky tape only to hold it on so with the help of some “Evo Stik seriously strong stuff” it is solid, would definitely recommend... ps OEM requires drilling Chazsmash said:

Do you think I'll have any issues with the tape and the paintwork in a few years time?
