Alfa 159 SW 2.4 TI - Prices

Prices seem to be a little all over the place for Ti model 159's.

Where is the best place to get an accurate value and where would you sell one?

I had a 3.2 Lusso SW a couple of years ago bought for £4000. I sold it 6 mouths later for £4700 (more than my asking price). The guy who bought it had it up for sale again recently for £6000. Not sure what he did get for it as it was up for sale for a while but it did sell. We had both used it as a daily, adding over 10k miles during that time and, from what I can see from his ad, nothing special had been done to the car other than routine maintenance.

Not sure about 2.4 TI prices but I expect they are rapidly heading in the same direction.
