Comedy fuel gauge in alfa sprint
Discussion
My fuel gauge is a funny little feller I was keeping an eye on it it on the way home tonight and I think it wants to be some sort of other gauge and is trying on their functions for size -
Sometimes it rises and falls with revs but properly, not like a voltmeter, sometimes its goes properly into voltage meter mode, other times it decides itll be a inclinometer, and if you place it on a flat bit of road, with the engine at idle and all accessories switched off, you might even get an accurate fuel reading!
Guess the dash will be coming out this weekend

well, the oil pressure gauge seems happy enough and reads what id expect, (shade over 4 bar when cold, about 4 bar warm at mid range, not much at all at hot idle), water temp gauge seems to be reading a bit low - reaches ~80 in traffic, otherwise ~60 - need to check for presence of thermostat here...
fusebox will be attacked this weekend probably.

Do you have any pics of your Sprint? I miss mine and would love to see a nice example...
Youd be hard pressed to call my sprint a good example! A solid example yes, but well. it wears its battle scars. No good or recent photos. ones i do have are at..

None of them really reflect what the car is now... it looks a lot happier with proper springs and some other work done
