Luke I am afraid I have already checked the position for my own benefit and the contract is clear enough. Its yours until collected and therefore your responsibility.

Glad I didn't know that when I had my 124 sitting outside my house uninsured for 7 weeks. Fortunately, it was parked off road and well away from any other traffic.

Im still waiting for them to collect mine from April! Bonkers really they must be losing a fortune.
