High mileage 2.4JTD. Any known problems?

I'm thinking about a high mileage Sportwagon 2.4 JTD (100k ish) and need some advice! Does anyone know how many miles they should be good for (or are they knackered at 100k?!?) and what specific things I should look out for?

Mine is on 75k and is as good as new, main things to look out for in my personal experience would be suspension bush wear, front and rear, also clutch wear.
