Cooland change proceedure on a 146ti

Drawing the conversation away from 159s and Breras and back to us plebians with older Alfas...does anyone here know the proceedure for changing the coolant on a 146ti? I've the workshop manual in .pdf format, but I've left it at uni and hence have nowt to refer to.
IIRC, it was simply a case of remove the bottom rad hose, get soaksed by old coolant as it drains, refit said hose (with a new clip, of course) and then...? What? Refilling; is it done via the header tank, or is there another way?
