Anybody know a good Alfa specialist in or around Bristol? The clutch on my 156 2.0TS appears to have cried enough today (at exactly 50,000 miles, two months after the warranty expired).

I've heard good things about Les Dufty at Automeo, although I haven't used him myself yet (still under warranty).

Thank you. Strangely I used to use Les more than a decade ago but somehow assumed he wouldn't be around any more.

Les lives up the road from me,
On gypsy patch lane, just before (or after) the railway bridge depending on which way you approach.
He is definately still operating, I took my 164 there prior to self destruct.

Is that a recommendation?

He's decent enough but rather expensive.
My car wasn't that good though, and I pushed it just that little bit too far.......
