Beautiful - does it have rear wipers..? I've seen them fitted on some Flaminias but not others, it seems to be a typical Lancia quirk.(Another rare RHD example for sale here, looks fantastic... https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1067232)
No rear wiper on ours - a 1959 Italian RHD car. Perhaps that was later on in the production run or for the UK’s weather?
It does have disc brakes on all four wheels, transaxle gearbox and the world’s first production V6 (shared with the Aurelia). Can’t have been that many higher spec motor cars around in the fifties.
I love the fact that Pininfarina set the trend in 1957 with its frontal aspect being copied by so many others (3500GT, DB series Astons, Peugeots etc).

Sounds like a great spec, so far ahead of the stuff Longbridge, Cowley and Luton etc were churning out at the time. Watching old Italian crime flics from the '60s and '70s there are obviously lots of Lancias in the background, their elegance certainly stands out amongst the smaller Fiats and what have you...It does have disc brakes on all four wheels, transaxle gearbox and the world’s first production V6 (shared with the Aurelia). Are the steel wheels / tyre combo on your car the same size as those on the earlier Flavia 1800 Coupes...?

I’m happy it’s getting used and not kept as a garage queen. These cars deserve to be seen and enjoyed but only in the summertime for sure. I had a few Fulvias ruined by our salty winter roads
Seeing yours and ukshooters gorgeous grey convertible is making me think about a 60’s Lancia. A real gentleman’s car to carry me in style for my Sunday outing. Years ago these cars were a rare sight and even more so nowadays.
Well the Flavia Vignale is up for sale just in time for the summer. Right now they have a typo on the website as they list it as the 1,500cc but it is the 1,800 ccSeeing yours and ukshooters gorgeous grey convertible is making me think about a 60’s Lancia. Sorry I forgot to reply. I don’t know for sure about Flavia wheels, but I think they could well be the same. These are 15” steels and 4.5” wide with chrome hubcaps - Lancia picked out in Matt Black. Tyres are Michelin X 165 R 400. Later 2.8 PF coupes had 175 tyres. Are the steel wheels / tyre combo on your car the same size as those on the earlier Flavia 1800 Coupes...?

Here's my Integrale evo 2. Tried to keep it looking as original as possible. Now running dual maps, the more powerful map goes to 414. Hopefully going for a resto in November, providing i don't buy another's car i got my eye on!
Yellow works on so few cars. This is one of the few. Looks ace.Hurricane52 said:

Indeed. There are very few books. I have Lancia by Nigel Trow and Lancia by Michael Frostick in addition to the road-tests one you posted. Surely there must be more somewhere?sunnym3 said:

The best colour Don't sell it. The only car I ever truly regretted selling was my first Evo 2.
