A little clarification
Discussion
Was I banned from General Gassing for saying the thing about people being c*nts or was it the Freddie Mercury joke or people being tw*ts or that thing about the guy in a wheelchair falling down an escalator?
Feedback: You should be more specific with your ban notices, otherwise people may be unsure of which awful post resulted in the ban. I say a lot of terrible things and sometimes it's hard to keep track. When issuing a ban, quote the post(s) or at the very least be more specific than 'you said something offensive'. It's just not enough. No problem with the ban but without knowing what it was for you're perpetuating a punishment system that's designed to fail.

Have you taken up recreational drugs recently? I'm sure you weren't so controversial when you mostly posted in BB Feedback: You should be more specific with your ban notices, otherwise people may be unsure of which awful post resulted in the ban. It comes to something when you are so routinely offensive you don't know which post it's for!
Agreed. Feedback should be specific, and at work I often use the incredibly simple but incredibly effective 'AID' technique:
Action
Emphasis is on their specific action, not on your interpretation of it.
Impact
The positive or negative impact the action had
Development or Desired Behaviour
What you'd like them to do differently in future
