This cap.... but it leaked.So I bought another, stripped all the "gubbins" off it and used as the blanking cap on the expansion tank and used the seal to "double up"

Tony, I'd already fitted the remote filter some time ago so was just a matter of cutting into the coolant pipe from the engine to the swirl pot.Not that easy because there is no room down by the filter for the "sandwich plate" so you will also need a remote filter kit (like me )
Never seen an oil cooler on another S so possibly not an essential?
