Hi there,

I need a car for next week so I am looking for a car to rent, but I want a company which provides me a full coverage auto insurance.

I had a bad experience with Europcar two years ago because they charged me £100 or more due to a scratch in the alloy (despite being insuranced, all damages under £500 came from my pocket).

Do you know any rentacar company with full coverage auto insurance?

Thanks

All of the big rental firms including Europcar offer additional cover that fully waives an excess.

Third parties like Holiday Autos, CarHire3000 etc offer cheaper cover but you'll need to pay the excess and claim it back in the event of damage.

For example, Sixt seems not to offer it:

Avis does not specify:

Excess information
Vehicle Damage Cover Excess - £650.00. Excl Vat. Vehicle Theft Cover Excess - £650.00. Excl Vat. If you wish to reduce the excess you can purchase additional cover when you pickup your car.

Search "car hire excess insurance" on Google. You can insure your excess to zero at half the price the car hire companies charge you.

This kind of insurance is offered at checkout at resellers like Holiday Autos etc like I said above. It's a fair bit cheaper than the rental company insurance but it does mean you need to claim seperately after paying the excess.
