Hi, been advised by a devolper friend of mine to destroy the outbuilding as it isvlocking the evening sun and is fugly. it's rendered from the outside but i suspect it is made from brick. I am inclined to agree that it is an eyesore and though i will miss the insulated dry storage space I have a lockable covered carport i do not use anyway.

Any ideas what i need to consider? I mean what permissions will i need other than order a skip or two and hiring some cheap labour with sledgehammmers?

How much is this likely to cost and is there anythign savageable other than the souble glazed windows?
