The new ones do, although I wouldn't like to be one of the three people sat in it!

Fiat Scudo I think is one of the smallest with 3 seats up front.

Nope, I'd say check the Citroen (or Peugeot) website. They should even be able to tell you where your nearest dealer is so you can view one...

Unfortunately little kids have to have enormous child / booster seats - most of which as wider than an adult.

I've got a T4 Transporter and my wife has to sit sideways if she wants to sit next to my 3yr old.

I can get 2 13 stone blokes in easier but olny for short trips really.
